Processing Time:

• All orders placed from Sunday to Thursday will be processed within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of payment. Some items may take 6-10 days to be shipped (please check the product information page). 
• All products are from Japan. Once we receive products from Japan, we will ship your order from Vancouver, Canada to your address. Therefore, shipping may take 2 weeks to be delivered.

Shipping Methods:

• We offer standard shipping and local delivery.
• Free Local Delivery (orders over $99.00): We will deliver your order (20km from Burquitlam, Coquitlam, BC). We will contact you via email/SMS once your order is ready! 

 

Shipping Rate:

• We offer a FREE shipping in Canada on orders over C$180. For orders less than C$180 we provide a flat rate of C$15.99.
• Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Order changes or Cancellations:

• Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase!
