Shipping policy

 

Processing Time:

  • All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of payment. Some items may take 6-10 days to be shipped (please check the product information page). 
  • All products are from Japan. Once we receive products from Japan, we will ship your order from Vancouver, Canada. Therefore, shipping may take 2-3 weeks to be delivered.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping and local delivery.
  • Free Local Delivery (orders over $99.00): We will deliver your order (20km from 567 Clarke Rd, Coquitlam, BC). We will contact you via email/SMS once the products are ready! 

 

Shipping Rate:

  • We offer a FREE shipping in Canada on orders over C$180. For orders less than C$180 we provide a flat rate of C$15.99.
  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Order changes or Cancellations:

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase!

  • Once a parcel is picked up by carriers, we are not responsible for delays. 
  • We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or misdelivered due to incomplete/incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.
